How to get the background job spool to email and for multiple emails
Steps :
1. While creating the Background Job from SM36, We can find a button Spool List Recipient. click on the button as shown below.

2. In the next screen enter the name of Distribution list which you have already created from SO23 tcode.
If you want to send the Spool to single email, then instead of Distribution List you can enter email ID.
6. Click on Copy button to save the Distribution list to the Background Job.
Thats it, When the Job executes and finished successfully the spool will be sent to all the recipients in the Distribution List.
