Steps for Creating the SAP SPool email Distribution List or Recipient List in SAP from S023.Tcode for creating Distribution Lists, Steps for creating SAP Distribution List
Steps :
1. Go to SO23 Tcode
2. Click on create button for creating a new distribution list.
3. In the next screen as shown in below image Enter a name and the title distribution list.
Note : Better to have Distribution List name from which the Program/Job Name can be easily identified .
Create a New Folder and assign or you can even assign an existing Folder if the there are couple of Jobs for the same Program but runs for different countries or variant.
4. Move to Distribution List Content tab to enter the Emails of the Recipients.
5. click on Save Button. Thats it. The Distribution list is created. Now you can add this distribution list to Backgroup job Spool Recipient List while creating a Backgroun Job from SM36.
