How to Create a Page Format or Format Types and assign it to Device type in SAP Spool Administration
To define a new page format,Type SPAD to enter into Spool Administration menu.

Go to SPAD transaction - SPool Adminstration screen to work on any spool administration tasks.
You will see the SPAD screen as shown below . in the below screen click on Full Administration button,
SAP Spool Full Administration Screen will look like below, Click on Device Types tab.
In the above screen click on Device Types Tab, the next screen looks like the one pasted below,
In the above screen click on Page Formats button, to display the existing Page formats, and to modify or create a new one.
In the above screen of Page Formats List, Click on Change button, to create a new Page format. and next as shown in the below screen click create button to create a new Page format.
As shown above, Enter the Page format Name , Orientation, width & height
and press save icon to save the Page format. Now the Page format is created The newly created Page format is
Press BACK to get the spool administration main screen.
Click on format types to get the below screen
Now create the Format type , Click on create icon to create new format type.
Fill the Format Type and select the newly created page
format.
Click on create icon to create new format type.

Click on back arrow and select device types to display the
below screen.
Select required device type (ZEPESCP9) click on Formats to
display screen.
Click on create icon to display the below screen and enter
the format
Click on copy format icon .
Note: Copy the formats from Original device type and near
format to newly created device type & format.
Double click on Printer Initialization to Calculate the height
of the label and convert to Hexadecimal and replace the existing number.Calculated number for 1.5 inch and click save.
